Unusual for the northwest side: Victorian farmhouses and Queen Annes from before the bungalow boom, standing next to the bungalows that followed them. The Victorians often have a bathroom carved out of a bedroom in the 1940s, on a plan that makes no sense now, with plumbing to match. Redrawing the room is most of the value we add here.
