Bathroom remodeling in Lincoln Square and Ravenswood

Frame workers cottages, two-flats and greystones, most a hundred years old and most rehabbed at least once. Our job here is usually undoing a hurried 1990s remodel: a fiberglass surround over the original tile, a vanity blocking the radiator, and a shower that was never waterproofed behind the board. The room is worth far more than what was done to it.
